I realize that I chose my job but it's still my job. I'm a stripper, I work at a large club and I have a lot of customers after 3 years. Therefore, I don't dance or talk to people that I don't know. I don't NEED their money and it's a waste of my time, I have customers of my own.
So why do they think that I HAVE to pay attention to them, that I HAVE to treat them nicely? I don't, it's NOT a requirement. It's NOT my job, my job is to be hot and sexy, not nice and stupi. Don't get all pissy because I won't shake my ass in your face on stage for a FUCKING DOLLAR. If I shake my ass for a minute in your face that's 7 bucks in the back in a room. Yeah, I don't give a flying fuck about your dollar. You obviously need it a hell of a lot more than I do.
Oh, and by the way: Just because you give someone $20 does not mean you get to suck their nipples either...

Sounds like somebody is on the rag. If you don't like your job, get out of it. That's all part of what you have to deal with in that profession.Just like good things and bad things with any other job. Intelligence sometimes kicks in and tells one to work in an environment that draws in a higher class of people. Preferably non-drunk people.Think before you bitch.
It's much easier to take your clothes off and strip than it is to take night and week-end classes learning a marketable skill set. Just remember - nobody wants to see 40-year-old ass shaking, so grab those dollars while you still can.
It's a job like any other and she deserves respect like any other. There are people all over the worlds doing jobs that are morally reprehensible, stripping for adults is not one of them. However, I do think the popular belief is that it IS your job to be nice to them, to pay attention to them. I would guess that's why at least some men go to strip clubs, because they don't have to rely on their personalities to have a beautiful woman talk to them.

I worked in a strip club as a cocktail waitress for about a month five years ago. It's quick and easy money, not the same as dancing, but I still had to put up with drunk, cheap,horny guys.
Everyone always has a choice of what to do with their lives. We can go the easy route with jobs like this, or we can take the more complicated path and go to school and learn more skills. I met girls who were in college and making money for the summer and girls who didn't want to do anything else. Once they start making money, they're hooked into it. Believe me, when they're used to making several hundred bucks a night, min. wage jobs just don't cut it.
